Tom Leonick

Tom Leonick is a multifaceted professional with a diverse background in athletics and education. Following a stellar high school career at Island Trees HS, he seamlessly transitioned into the world of collegiate athletics as a standout catcher at Division I New York Institute of Technology. Tom's passion for baseball extended beyond his playing days, leading him to a successful tenure as a coach at Queensborough Community College, where he made significant contributions during his three years as a college assistant baseball coach.
 
In addition to his collegiate coaching experience, Tom has amassed years of expertise in training baseball players of all ages. His coaching journey began during his college years, as he dedicated himself to coaching at summer baseball camps and clinics. As his expertise grew, he ventured into coaching travel teams, where he achieved remarkable success in nurturing his players both on and off the field.
 
Tom's impact extends beyond the realm of sports. With a background as a special needs teacher in the public school system, he has honed his skills in creating inclusive and supportive environments for students with diverse learning needs.
