There is not enough I can say about Coach Roger. My family was blessed to meet him several years ago at one of his Winter Clinics. Meeting him was best thing to happen to all three of my boys baseball careers. Although we do not get to work with him as often as we would like, when we do get to work with him, nothing skips a beat. He remembers each one of their strengths and weaknesses. Then he gets them back to where they need to be and then some. It’s not just his knowledge of technique, it’s the mechanics at such a high level of detail, its everything. I have learned so much from him that I bring to my U10 team. He reinforces and takes the mindset, the approach to the next level. That is clearly what sets him above all others.
I have been lucky enough to have him work with my team over the past two seasons. We were in rough shape to start. Happy to say we had a great winter clinic with Roger this year and brought home our first Hot Stove Tournament Championship this Spring. The boys absolutely love it when he comes down.
Nothing but gratitude here for a great Coach who has all the ball players best interest at heart.
